Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • An unboxing video or clear images are required as proof

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color differences
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by customer

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share order details and proof (images/video)
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

After approval:

  • We will arrange pickup OR guide you for return shipping

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to:
  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by us (if approved case)
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
