1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- An unboxing video or clear images are required as proof
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Color differences
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by customer
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order details and proof (images/video)
- Our team will verify and approve the request
After approval:
- We will arrange pickup OR guide you for return shipping
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping cost may be borne by us (if approved case)
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
